1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pinpoint application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Service

Pinpoint is a mobile application for iOS that helps users track medications, peptides, supplements, and other compounds. The App provides scheduling, reminder, and dosing history features to support users in managing their health protocols.

PINPOINT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE, MEDICAL SERVICE, OR SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE.

The App is a tracking and scheduling tool only. It does not:

  • Provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations
  • Replace consultation with qualified healthcare providers
  • Verify the safety, efficacy, or appropriateness of any medication or supplement
  • Guarantee the accuracy of any dosing information entered by the user
  • Monitor for drug interactions, allergies, or contraindications

The App is not approved, cleared, or regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body.

Always consult your physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any medication, peptide, supplement, or health protocol. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information or features in the App.

You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make regarding your health, medications, and dosing protocols. Pinpoint and its developers are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from the use of the App.

4. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App. By using Pinpoint, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored within the App. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the medication information you enter.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier

Pinpoint offers a free tier that allows tracking up to 2 medications with all core features including custom schedules, reminders, and dosing history. The free tier has no time limit.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available through the following purchase options:

  • Monthly: $2.99/month, billed monthly
  • Annual: $29.99/year, billed annually (save 17%)
  • Lifetime: $99.99, one-time purchase

Billing & Renewal

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases and subscriptions.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. For refund requests, contact Apple directly.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the change and will be communicated in advance per App Store guidelines. Lifetime purchases are not affected by future price changes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its systems
  • Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to the App
  • Use the App as a substitute for professional medical judgment

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of Pinpoint and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

"Pinpoint" and the Pinpoint logo are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Your Data

You retain ownership of all medication data and personal information you enter into the App. We do not claim any rights to your data. Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we take reasonable measures to protect locally stored data, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, software updates, accidental deletion, or other causes beyond our control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Reminders or notifications will always be delivered on time
  • The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected

You acknowledge that reminder and notification delivery depends on your device settings, network conditions, and iOS system behavior, which are outside our control. You should not rely solely on the App for critical medication timing.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PINPOINT AND ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Personal injury or health consequences resulting from use of or reliance on the App
  • Missed doses or incorrect dosing due to App errors or notification failures
  • Loss of data or medication records
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your data

In no event shall our total cumulative liability exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pinpoint and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the App is immediately revoked
  • Locally stored data remains on your device unless you delete the App
  • Active subscriptions should be cancelled through the App Store to avoid further charges

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Hawaii.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pinpoint regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
